Startup Atlanta is a community non-profit focused on connecting, growing and promoting the Metro Atlanta Startup Ecosystem. We publish the Guide to the Startup Ecosystem, host the Atlanta Startup Awards and promote activities throughout the region.

Every great venture begins with a problem that needs solving. For us, the problem wasn’t a lack of talent or ideas—Atlanta has those in spades. The problem was the connective tissue. When we started, Atlanta’s ecosystem felt like a collection of brilliant, isolated islands.

Our founders realized that for Atlanta to truly claim its seat as a global tech hub, we needed to better connect and grow the ecosystem. So they brought together a group of leading local entrepreneurial organizations in: Invest Atlanta, The Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, the Atlanta Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, and the Atlanta Technology Angels, to create Startup Atlanta.
